TAXY connects documents, data and communication
The accountant doesn't just get another channel for collecting documents, but a genuinely connected process.
1. Transferring documents from TAXY to POHODA
You can automatically pass to POHODA, for example:
- received invoices
- issued invoices
- receipts
- internal documents
- other accounting materials from the client
The client uploads documents to TAXY via the web or mobile app. The accountant can then process them without needless retyping and without wrestling with email attachments, which in practice easily get lost or duplicated.
2. Reading information from POHODA into TAXY
In the other direction, TAXY reads information from POHODA that matters to both the client and the accountant:
- invoice payment status
- an overview of receivables and payables
- basic financial indicators
- data for simple financial reports
The client sees the company's current situation clearly and understandably, without needing access to the accounting software or understanding internal accounting reports.

Synchronisation
Real-time synchronisation at no extra charge
Synchronisation with POHODA runs continuously, so the client sees the current status of invoices, the accountant has new documents available immediately, and exports and manual data transfers disappear. The POHODA connection is part of TAXY and isn't charged extra.

Issuing invoices in TAXY
Clients can also issue their own invoices in TAXY. For many smaller companies this is a practical advantage — they don't need a separate invoicing tool and the accountant always has current materials available.
Deployment
Support for common POHODA versions and quick deployment
TAXY can be connected to all commonly used POHODA variants, including E1/SQL. The integration works through the Dativery connector, which ensures stable, reliable data synchronisation between a local POHODA installation and the TAXY cloud app.
Deployment is quick and doesn't require changing the accountants' established ways of working in POHODA.
