Why it makes sense

Most clients only learn how the business is doing well after the fact - often from a single year-end figure. Financial reports in TAXY give them current data continuously: how much cash they have, who owes them, what they need to pay, how much income tax they are likely to owe and which documents they still owe you. Getting started is easy: we take the data from the books you already keep. Nothing is retyped anywhere, and the client sees the reports only once you decide they should - and at what pace. Either the figures accumulate for them continuously as you post, or the report only moves forward once you have finished the previous month's books. Until then the client sees the last closed period and does not look over your shoulder at work in progress.
Data straight from the accounting software, no retyping
Missing document overview and an indicative income tax estimate

What the report is made of

Four parts that together answer the question “how is the business doing?”

Many profit and loss variants

Ready-made statements are enabled with a checkbox, and you build your own managerial one entirely your way. They switch right inside the report, so you can look at the same data from several angles.

Included in every tier

A quick answer to how the business is doing. Profit, revenue and costs for the period, plus a month-by-month comparison of revenues and costs and a breakdown of the largest items behind the result.

Receivables and payables

Who owes you and whom you owe

A complete list of open documents that can be filtered, sorted and grouped. And above all: you act on it directly.

The basic view

Receivables and payables side by side, with totals for outstanding and overdue amounts and the three largest debtors. In the table you filter by label, currency and payment status, switch to „overdue only“ and sort by days overdue or amount.

Cash and cash flow

How much cash the company has and where it flows

The most common client question is „will we make payroll?“. This part of the report answers it without you having to calculate anything.

How the balance moves

The cash position at the end of each period, including the minimum and maximum for the year and the change from the first data point. You can see at a glance whether cash is growing or shrinking, and when things were tightest.
